Filter on person sites buggy

Describe the bug
The filters on person sites can't be reset, a click on "Reset filters" gives a 404 error. A refresh of the site with an active filter is also not possible, again it leads to 404 error. This happens on our instances (dspace-cris-2024-02-00) and on the demo site.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://dspacecris-community.test.4science.cloud/entities/person/andreabollini
2. Filter by Organizations
3. Select 4Science
4. Refresh site
5. or Reset filter

Expected behavior
Reset filter should show all publications of that person without any filtering
Refresh of a site with active filters should show filtered publications

I can confirm this bug on dspace-cris 2024.02.02

The 404 occurs regardless of whether you have filters active or not when you hit Reset Filters. In this case, there is a problem with the facet-loading requests. In my DSpace instance, when you hit the reset button, the param configuration=RELATION.Person.researchoutputs is missing compared to when you load the person page by navigating normally.

I suppose that when you try to reload a person page with an active filter, the error is also related to the facets.

It's unfortunately still not working in the new version 2024.02.03 / on the demo site version 2024.02.04-snapshot.
